Congratulations Tracey on being selected PRAR 2010 Affiliate of the Year!!
I again want to first thank you for your continued trust in my office to assist your clients in purchasing their new home. In my last affiliate spotlight I asked a lender, client and real estate agent, all of whom I had worked with for many years, to comment on why they enjoyed working with my office. I've chosen this time to have each of my staff members to introduce themselves and then share with you what they find rewarding about their specific role in the closing process.
"I serve as client coordinator for our office. My job is to work hand-in-hand with the client throughout the closing process. What I appreciate about my job is the opportunity to exceed the client's expectations. I recognize that the client does not go through the home-buying process every day, and it is important that they have someone who does, help walk them through the experience."
— Gina Rogers
"I am responsible completing the settlement statement and title documents. From the sales price to the lender fees, I make sure these figures are correct and properly communicated to the client. My joy comes from being able to work with the client, lenders, agents and third party companies to ensure that the client's expectations are met. Our team always puts the client first."
— Diane Gilfillan
"My job is to communicate with the client after the closing. Our office communicates with the client after they leave our office 4 times with the last being a personal phone call to verify that they understood the process of applying for all tax exemptions as well as answer any questions that may not have been addressed at time of closing. As someone who has an interest in real estate I love having the opportunity on a daily basis to see the home buying experience take place for our clients. At our office, it is only about the client, and we strive on a daily basis to make sure they have the very best closing experience possible."

I help people plan for the worst so they can live for the best. I provide life and health insurance including term life, whole life, cancer, disability, health, supplemental products, and senior products such as medicare supplements and long term care. Our products help provide for your family when you can no longer provide for them due to illness or death. I can provide the same services for Realtors or their clients. For clients, I can provide life insurance to protect the mortgage. We offer a free review service to analyze your insurance needs and where you stand in covering those needs.
Since joining PRAR in March 2009, I have become involved in the affiliate committee helping to plan progams that are beneficial to Realtors. We started the Ask-an-Affiliate seminar series to help folks with timely subjects related to their business. I have also sponsored several classes and provided breakfasts for those classes. In addition, I have sponsored one of the affiliate tables at some of the membership meetings. I look forward to getting to know more of you in 2010 and developing relationships that will benefit all of us.
I have been in Rock Hill for 23 years and am proud to call York County home. I have been in the insurance business and with Kanawha 13 years. Prior to that, I worked for the City of Rock Hill in the Planning Department for over 10 years. My community involvement includes Rolling in Rock Hill, Clean and Green, United Way, Animal Adoption League, Rock Hill Community Theater, Come See Me, and a variety of other events and activities. I am currently serving as secretary for NAIFA-Piedmont, the local chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. I am also involved in Palmetto Business Leaders, a networking group.
Please let me know how I can help you and your family.
